What it does

This tool selects two populations of individuals to be compared by SmileFinder. More than two populations can be selected for analysis using the "aggregate" option. In this case, the name of the populations should be given as a comma-separated list.

The output of this tools is a tab-delimited text file containing HGDP identifiers for individuals belonging to the selected populations.
